Ingredients
SALAD:
2 firm, yet ripe peaches
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 cups baby arugula
Fresh mozzarella, sliced
Few dollops of pesto
Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts
