This incredible toasted ravioli recipe makes enough for twenty-four servings so there will be plenty for everyone. It is important to make sure the ravioli is completely frozen to make them better for frying.

The Ingredients To Gather:
4 cups Vegetable Oil
6 Eggs
1/2 cup Half-and-half
2 cupse Flour
2 cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs
24 Frozen Ravioli
2 cups Jarred Marinara Sauce
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon Parsley
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
Heat oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 400 degrees.
Whisk eggs, half-and-half in dish. Place flour in separate dish. Pour breadcrumbs into third dish.
Grab ravioli out of freezer. One at a time, drop ravioli into egg mixture, dredge in flour, dunk once again in egg mixture, coat in breadcrumbs. Set t aside on plate.
3 or 4 at a time, drop ravioli into oil fry 1 1/2 – 2 minutes, until the surface is golden brown and the filling is hot.
Remove to paper towel, repeat with rest of ravioli. Transfer to serving platter, sprinkle on Parmesan, parsley. Serve with sauce.
