MMMMM, German chocolate bundt cake!
Hey there, guys and gals! I have yet another amazing Bundt cake recipe for you all to mull over. This one is for a tasty pound cake that is dripping with caramel glaze. Yum! I made this cake for a birthday party at my husband’s place of employment the other day. He said everyone loved it! Nobody had ever eaten a German pound cake quite like this before so it definitely left it’s impression on all of my husband’s co-workers.
Bundt cakes aren’t your typical birthday cake but hey, it’s cake and it works, right? Plus, they taste amazing. This cake recipe is very easy to follow and the results are almost too good to be true in terms of flavor. G’head, give this little beauty a shot.

I love Bundt pound cake. I think it’s because you can fill the hole in the middle with whipped cream, fudge, or fruit. Yum!
I have half a mind to make this cake as a “just because” dessert and scarf it down myself with a big old mug of coffee. I just have to remember to get my workout in afterward LOL Enjoy!

3/4 cup (187.5ml) Folger’s hot coffee
1/2 cup (113g) Kerrygold unsalted butter, softened
2 cups (400g) Domino sugar
3 teaspoons McCormick vanilla extract
