Strawberry Fluff

My grandmother always fixes this recipe. If you first let the gelatin sit in the refrigerator until it begins to gel, then add the remaining ingredients so they don’t separate.

Strawberry Fluff

5 minutes to prepare serves 4

INGREDIENTS

1 (8 oz.) container strawberry cream cheese, room temperature
1 (7 oz.) container marshmallow creme
Strawberries, garnish
Nilla wafers, garnish

PREPARATION

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme together until combined.
Transfer to a serving bowl or place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve with strawberries (or other fresh fruit) or nilla wafers or graham crackers. Enjoy!
