These were a huge hit at my daughter’s birthday party, and they have been great ever since. I don’t always wait for a special occasion anymore. Sometimes the special occasion is Friday night and I want one. The kids just love them, and I love to make them special treats once in a while. When we have them at night, I usually make them into sundaes just so that we can have the yummy ice cream along with them. I have also served these at brunch and breakfast time too. Pretty sweet, but oh so good!

1 c Bisquick pancake mix
1/3 c milk
1 large egg
1/3 c strawberry preserves
1/2 c dried strawberries
1/4 c white chocolate chips
1/2 tsp cinnamon
