Recipe #1
First take a spray bottle of water and spray down you oven really good. Do this after the oven has cooled down from dinner. Sprinkle baking soda all over the oven and let that baby sit over night. In the morning wipe the baking soda out and give a final scrub with dish detergent. Your oven is ready to get cooking!

Combine vinegar, hot water, dish soap and borax into a spray bottle. After giving it some stern shakes apply it to your oven. Then sprinkle some baking soda over the mixture, followed by another good spray with the mixture. Let is sit over night. In the morning wipe it out and clean with soapy water.

Start off by preheating your oven to 200 degrees and shutting it off. Get a heat safe dish and put ammonia in it and set it on the top rack. Place another dish of boiling water on the second rack. Close your oven and let it sit over night. In the morning remove the dishes and scrub oven with soapy water.

Mix together baking soda and table salt. Spray down your oven with warm water. Then spread the mixture out in the wet oven and give it another good drenching. Let it sit over night. In the morning wipe out the solution and clean with soapy water.

This is not a full recipe for the oven but it focuses more on the oven racks. We all know those racks can get really nasty. Place the racks in a heavy trash bag and soak them in ammonia. Make sure to place the bag outside over night. Then remove the racks and wash them with warm soapy water. They will gleam like new!
A clean oven with minimal work and not the risk of scary cleaners! Now I do want to advise you to wear cleaning gloves while getting involved in this project. Primarily when handling ammonia, that is not a substance you want to get on your skin or in your eyes. Please make sure to place all of you cleaning ingredients well out of the reach of children and pets, we know they love to taste test everything! I really enjoy the fact that I can have a lot of the mixtures already mixed and ready to use. I will make sure I label them thought to prevent any confusion.
